Cheer Classes



Cheer Tumbling-
Great classes to enhance your tumbling, fitness, and skills for cheerleading! One of the biggest milestones in tumbling is conquering the basic back handspring. So we designed a class specifically focused on advancement through this skill and your child will be exposed to a variety of drills designed to increase the core strength and muscle memory that is used to progressively accomplish the goal of a proper Cheer Style Tumbling.



Wednesday & Thursdays- 5:00 - 6:00pm



Rec Tumbling:

These classes are designed to improve your flexibility, technique, core body strength, and precision of skills that go along with all levels of tumbling set to USASF and USAG leveling systems. Our recreational tumbling is spread out over 6 levels of advancement. Level 1 will start you off with the fundamentals of tumbling and progressing up through the levels to elite tumbling. If you have any questions about which class your child would be best suited, Please just stop and speak with our staff at the gym.


Level 1 Tumbling:
This class both introduces and works on perfecting a wide variety of basic tumbling skills, such as handstands, forward, backward rolls, cartwheels, rounds off and back walkovers.


Level 2 Tumbling:
In this class we will put together the skills developed in level 1 tumbling and back handsprings. The core focus of this class is working on back handsprings & round off through to a back handspring and varieties of beginning level pass tumbling.


Level 3 Tumbling:
The main focus of this class is tumbling through a round off back handspring to a backwards flip in the tuck position (back tuck) and a variety of no-hand flips (pouch fronts/ aerials). We will also spend time perfecting the basic varieties of pass tumbling.


Level 4 Tumbling:
The main focus of this class is tumbling through a round off back handspring to a backwards flip in the layout position (layout) and working on standing back tucks.


Level 5 Tumbling:
The main focus of this class is tumbling through a round off back handspring to a full and double full twisting flip in the layout position (full and double fulls).

Wednesdays- 6:00- 7:00pm

Thursdays- 4:00- 5:00pm
                      7:00- 8:00pm



Cheer Boot Camp:

C3 Spirit boot camp- workout classes with dance and cheer incorporated and done to music to build skils, burn calories, and provide a safe environment to build self esteem. Theses classes will begin in March and run through the summer schedule.


Tuesdays- 5:00- 6:00pm

Wednesdays- 7:00- 8:00pm


Fly and Flip:

Fly And Flip Classes will include full progressions in stunting from floor level to extended level stunts. Students will learn to base and also fly using transitions and counts with and without music. Some Tumbling will be included in this class.

Tuesdays- 7:00- 8:00pm

Wednesdays- 4:00- 5:00pm



C3 Open Team:

C3 Open Team- Adults 18 and older are invited to continue to use cheer and dance skills for a competition cheer team.

Mondays- 7:00-8:00pm

Saturdays- 10:00- 11:00am




Class attire for all classes is t-shirt, shorts, and cheer or tennis shoes.

Dance Classes


Join our Dance Program to learn new dance skills and routines, explore different dance styles, develop friendships, gain confidence and self esteem, and stay active all summer long! Dancers can wear comfortable dance clothes and need ballet & tap shoes for class. Step/Kick it Up students need to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes! A performance showcase where dancers perform for family and friends on the last day concludes the summer session!

MINI DANCE – Ages 3-5 This 1 hour class is an excellent introduction to dance that incorporates elements from ballet, jazz, tap, and acro. This class is designed to provide a foundation for first time dancers to enhance their love of dance, music and movement!

Mini Dance:

Tuesdays- 5:00- 6:00pm

Thursdays- 4:00- 5:00pm
                     6:00- 7:00pm


Jr. Dance–Ages 6-9 and Sr. Dance - Ages 10 & up   Designed for beginners and experienced dancers looking to be challenged, these classes teach elements of jazz, modern, ballet, tap and hip hop dance to create unique works of art. Dancers will develop a strong technical foundation and learn progressive choreography. Routines tell a 'story' and capture the emotion and interpretation of the music.

JR. DANCE

Tuesdays- 7:00- 8:00pm

Thursdays- 5:00- 6:00pm



"KICK It UP"
Adult Class A fun-filled cardio workout incorporating dance moves, hoops, kicks, and progressive exercises that is similar to a dance class due to intricate footwork and choreography. Participants get fit in this fun & energized class through the summer. Get ready to SWEAT!

"Kick It Up":


Wednesdays- 7:00- 8:00pm

Step and Stomp-
This class works on rhythm and beats that incorporate motions and dance moves for all ages.

Step and Stomp:

Tuesdays- 4:00- 5:00pm (1st-6th graders)

Wednesdays- 6:00- 7:00pm (7th graders & UP)




**Dance classes teach and refine skills in multiple styles including: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Modern

**Pearls Performance classes are invitation only and prior dance experience is required. Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, and Hip Hop will be incorporated into routines, and performances. See Robin for details. 
*Students need Jazz/Ballet and Tap shoes for class.
